Coan Vice President Operations Ellen is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and a graduate of Indiana University with a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Marketing. She has been active since the beginning of the Company and has taken on management and key account responsibility. Ellen worked 5 years at Naval Avionics Center, Indianapolis, as an Electronics Engineer Co-Op with full project responsibility and received multiple awards for outstanding performance. Ellen punctuates her all star rep skill set with an ERA CPMR 1996 Graduation and continuing studies on behalf of MRERF.
Matt Cohen Vice President Sales Matt attended Purdue University majoring in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) with additional studies in Purdue University's Krannert School of Business Management. His corporate responsibilities include, corporate sales strategies; management of Michigan regional offices and development of key accounts. Matt is also a 1996 ERA CPMR Program Graduate.		David M. Gassman Vice President Marketing David has a Marketing Degree from John Carroll University (BSBA). David's enthusiasm for customers and sales plus his quick learning skills and organization immediately earned him respect in a fast paced, technical world. David's corporate responsibilities include management of Ohio/W. Pa. regional offices, and development of key accounts. David is also a 1996 ERA CPMR Program Graduate and has been with C C Electro for over 20 years.
Jack Hall Outside Sales Jack has detailed knowledge of the Indiana Market from his experience in electronic distribution as well as technical expertise from his Air Force electronic technician training. Jack's effective listening techniques has won him many orders and future opportunities from loyal customers.		Jon Cowley Director of Distribution Sales Jon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University. Jon worked in sales and sales management for a national electronic component distributor in Texas and Georgia before settling with his family in Ohio in 2001.
Steve Girbach Outside Sales Steve attended Eastern Michigan University majoring in Industrial Distribution. He started his career with a local electronic distributor in 1979 and began working at CC Electro in 1992. His responsibilities include, account management, as well as, distribution manager for Michigan.		Corey Bechtel Outside Sales Corey has over 30 years of experience in sales and management with distribution, manufacturing and as a representative. His industry knowledge includes the medical, industrial, military and consumer products' markets. With formal technical training in electronics, he is well suited for sales to a diverse customer base and working with our distributors to develop successful business plans and conduct product training.
Mike Hemond Outside Sales Mike has a business degree(BSBA) from Ferris State University. He has 20 years experience in the electronic component industry include 10 years in the distribution arena. His network of both customers and distributors has given him a great advantage in his efforts to bring quality products and service to the Michigan territory.		June Renault Sr. Sales Administrator June is a graduate from Bliss Business College in Columbus, Ohio and also took additional business classes at Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. June comes to C C Electro with many years of experience in the Electronic Manufacturers Representative industry where she knows what it takes to book business, answer technical questions and meet corporate financial goals. She has extended these skills to C C Electro and works hard for the customer as well as the principal.
Rachel Kaffenberger Sales Administrator Rachel attended IUPUI, Indpls., In. as a business major. Rachel has a strong background in telecommunications, journalism, computers and programs. Rachel sourced, contracted for installation, and maintained computer/internet systems for customers before joining C C Electro Sales Inc, in 2001.		Rhonda Newton Office Manager Rhonda's background is in accounting, sales, customer service, and administrative support. She served as office administrator for Cornell Dubilier Electronics(Indianapolis) prior to joining C C Electro. There she became familiar with the electronics industry making the transition from principal to rep an easy task. Rhonda understands the practice of teamwork and open communication and uses both in her efforts to provide clear and concise support within the CCE team.
Frank Parker Director of Information Technology Frank graduated from Indiana University in 1973 with a double major in chemistry and mathematics. He opened the first computer store in Indianapolis in 1977. He maintains an email server, blackberry server, and a web server for C C Electro as well as all PC's and laptops for the company. Frank is also in charge of creating and maintaining the C C Electro Website.
