ACCOUNT PHILOSOPHY

CC ELECTRO SALES, INC. is oriented to a key account philosophy. The majority of our business comes from a core of special customers. However, because the firm has been built on a pioneering effort with leading edge technology , we have a significant customer base in our territory. Major accounts are visited weekly, secondary or developing accounts are scheduled regularly.

DISTRIBUTOR POLICY

CC ELECTRO SALES, INC. makes a concentrated effort to work with distributors, an approach which has been mutually economically beneficial. We work with national, regional, and local distributors to insure all tier level accounts are covered.

OFFICERS

Carol J. Cohen
President

President of C C Electro Sales, Carol has been calling on OEM trade in the Midwest as a Distributor, Sales Manager and a Manufacturers' Representative. Carol was employed by Genesis Electronics in field sales, working much like a Rep. Prior to Genesis, Carol was employed by Naval Avionics Center, Indpls (now Raytheon Technical Center) in various purchasing positions and engineering liason. Carol has corporate responsibilities as well as account responsibility in key Indiana accounts. Carol attended Indiana University studying Business and Corporate Law.

Ellen J. Coan
Vice President Operations

Ellen is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and a graduate of Indiana University with Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Marketing. She has been active since the beginning of C C Electro and has taken on management and corporate responsibilities as well as extensive account responsibility. Ellen worked at Naval Avionics Center, Indpls (currently Raytheon Technical Center)as a EE Co-op with full project responsibility.

Matthew A. Cohen
Vice President Sales

Matt attended Purdue University majoring in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) with additional studies in Purdue University's Krannert School of Business Management. Matt was employed by an electronics distributor and in sales in an OEM account specializing in HVAC Electronic Control Development prior to joining
C C Electro. His corporate responsibilities include Management of Michigan Regional Offices (2) and development of key accounts in Eastern Michigan.

David M. Gassman
Vice President Marketing

David comes to C C Electro with a purchasing and sales background. He has a Marketing Degree from John Carroll University (BSBA). David's enthusiasm for customers and sales plus his quick learning skills and organization immediately earned him respect in a fast paced, technical world. David's corporate responsibilities include Management of Ohio Regional Offices (2) and development of key accounts in Cleveland and Pittsburgh.
